bpech Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bpech ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the bpech website at bpech.biz, its associated mobile interface, and all services, games, and betting markets offered on the platform.

bpech provides an online gaming and sports betting service to Pakistani players. The platform covers cricket betting, Aviator crash game, Ludo Games, Card Games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Slots, and a Betting Odds educational section. All services operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By creating an account on bpech, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game feature, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by every clause contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bpech platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on bpech or to use any of its services. Creating an account constitutes your declaration that you meet this age requirement. bpech reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including a copy of a valid CNIC or passport. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately. Any balance in such an account will be returned minus any bonuses applied, and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is the player's own responsibility to verify that using the bpech platform is legal in their jurisdiction before registering. bpech does not provide legal advice on local gambling laws. By registering with bpech you represent that you are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful and that you will comply with all applicable local rules throughout your use of the platform.

2.3 Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bpech and its affiliated technology providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active bpech account at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device, is strictly prohibited. Where bpech identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full, including any winnings generated while the duplicate account was active.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete and accurate information when registering with bpech. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must keep this information current. If any detail changes after registration, update your account or notify bpech support promptly. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpech login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including bpech support staff. bpech will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support@bpech.biz immediately and bpech will place a temporary hold on the account while the matter is investigated. bpech is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to adequately secure their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

bpech operates a Know Your Customer process. You may be required at any point to provide copies of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification requests must be responded to within 14 days or bpech reserves the right to restrict the account pending completion of the process. Verified accounts have higher withdrawal limits and faster processing as standard.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bpech account at any time by contacting support@bpech.biz. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within standard processing times, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. bpech also reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms, without notice and without obligation to return any balance that was obtained in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods

bpech accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may change without advance notice. The current list of active methods is always displayed on the bpech deposit page before you initiate a transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on bpech is Rs 100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Players who have completed the bpech verification process are eligible for higher deposit limits than unverified accounts. bpech reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it considers to be suspicious or in breach of these Terms.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay process instantly to your bpech balance in standard conditions. Card deposits and IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your bpech balance within a reasonable time after the transaction completes on your end, contact support@bpech.biz with the transaction reference number.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that come from legitimate sources. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any other person. bpech is required to conduct anti-money laundering checks and may request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits. Failure to satisfy these checks will result in account restriction until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from bpech are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that applies to all accounts. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, bpech support will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount on bpech is Rs 200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts depend on your account verification tier. Unverified accounts have a lower daily withdrawal limit than fully verified accounts. If you need to withdraw a large amount, ensure your bpech account has completed the verification process in advance to avoid delays.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval for standard amounts from verified accounts. SadaPay and NayaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are subject to standard interbank processing times which are outside bpech's control. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend slightly.

5.4 Pending Bonuses and Wagering

Withdrawals may not be processed while there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to your bpech account. To withdraw while a bonus is active, you may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings through your account settings. Once the bonus is removed, the withdrawal can proceed normally. Completed wagering requirements unlock the full bonus amount for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers from bpech are available to eligible registered players. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to participate in promotional offers during any restricted period.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your bpech account are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise in writing. Wagering requirements mean the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page at bpech. Bets placed on certain game categories or markets may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements – the contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on bpech carry an expiry date from the time they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings that have not yet been released will be removed from the account. The player's deposited real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse

bpech reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, using betting patterns that exploit bonus mechanics in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions. bpech's determination on bonus abuse is final.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

A bet placed on bpech is final once the bet slip has been confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where bpech's cash-out feature is available and active for the specific market at the time of the request. It is the player's responsibility to check all details on the bet slip – selection, stake, and total potential return – before confirming. bpech cannot accept responsibility for bet confirmation errors made by the player.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on bpech sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account verification tier and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. bpech reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual players without notice, particularly where a player has demonstrated a sustained long-term profit from betting.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

A bet on bpech will be voided and the stake returned if the event to which it relates is cancelled or abandoned before the market's settlement criteria are met. Void bets do not count towards the fulfilment of any wagering requirement. Where only part of an event is cancelled (for example, the second innings of a cricket match), the applicable void rules for that specific market type will be applied as set out on the bpech market rules page.

7.4 Errors in Odds

bpech takes reasonable steps to ensure that published odds are accurate. In the event that a clearly erroneous odd is published – for example, an odd that is substantially more generous than any comparable market due to a data or system error – bpech reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price and return stakes. bpech will notify affected players promptly by email in such circumstances.

7.5 In-Play Betting

In-play odds on bpech update in real time. A bet is not accepted until bpech confirms it with a bet reference number. During periods of high market volatility, the odds at which your bet is submitted may differ slightly from the confirmed odds. If bpech's confirmation price differs by more than the tolerance displayed on the bet slip, you will be shown the new price and given the option to accept or decline before the bet is placed.

8. Casino and Game Rules

Each game category on bpech operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game lobby. The following general rules apply across all game types on the bpech platform.

8.1 RNG Certification

All RNG-based games on bpech – including Slots, Aviator, RNG Andar Bahar, and digital Ludo – use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, player history, account tier, or any other external factor. The house edge for each game is published in the respective game section on bpech.

8.2 Disconnection During Games

If a player's internet connection is interrupted during a live game round on bpech, the round will continue according to the predetermined rules of that game. For games such as Aviator where a manual cash-out action is required, players are advised to use the auto cash-out feature to protect their stake in the event of a connection loss. bpech is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game on bpech, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Partial plays interrupted by a genuine system fault on bpech's side will be settled in the player's favour where a win was in progress at the time of the fault, subject to technical review. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

bpech maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or system exploitation. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpech platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or play games on bpech
• Colluding with other players at multiplayer game tables including Ludo or live card game tables to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in the bpech platform to generate profits beyond normal game outcomes
• Laundering money or using the bpech platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity
• Using stolen payment credentials or fraudulent payment instruments to make deposits on bpech
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses or other promotional offers
• Misrepresenting your identity or age at registration or during the verification process

Where bpech identifies any of the above activities, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these rules, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld pending resolution of any associated financial irregularities. Serious matters including fraud and money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

bpech is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available from your account settings without requiring contact with support.

If you choose to self-exclude from bpech, your account will be suspended for the period you specify. During a self-exclusion period, bpech will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing the platform. You should also contact your other gambling providers to self-exclude there simultaneously. bpech strongly advises any player who feels their gambling may be a problem to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from relevant organisations.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of the bpech platform involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, contact details, payment information, and betting history. This data is processed in accordance with the bpech Privacy Policy, which is available in full at /privacy-policy.

By registering with bpech you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and – where you have opted in – marketing communications. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time from your account settings.

bpech does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and where required by applicable law. All data shared with service providers is governed by data processing agreements that require those providers to handle your information to the same standards bpech applies internally.

12. Limitation of Liability

bpech provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While bpech takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond bpech's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpech's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform – including but not limited to lost bets, failure to pay winnings, or data loss – is limited to the value of the funds in that player's bpech account at the time of the incident. bpech is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits bpech's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by bpech's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

bpech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bpech will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Minor clarifications may be made without direct notification.

Your continued use of the bpech platform after the date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. bpech recommends checking this page periodically to stay current with the terms governing your account.

14. Contact and Complaints

bpech will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve straightforward matters within five business days. Complex matters involving account investigations or payment disputes may take longer. bpech will keep you informed of progress throughout the resolution process.

bpech's complaints process is the first step in resolving any dispute. If a matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, bpech will advise you of any further options available to you at that stage.
